She later coordinated the Environmental Education Department of the Municipal Secretariat of Education of Atibaia (S\u00e3o Paulo) for five years, leading training programs for teachers and school administrators across the public school system. She is the author of Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental Cr\u00edtica e a Pr\u00e1tica de Projetos and co-author of other publications in the field.
