She co-founded Ashrafi & Zad Design in 2019 - a progressive, women-led architecture and urban design practice based in Tehran and Barcelona . \r\nShe is faculty of architecture, with teaching experience at IAAC in Barcelona, and the University of Oregon and San Jose State University in the USA, among others. She is currently a PhD candidate at Swinburne University of Technology.
