He holds a doctorate in Architecture, a master's degree in Landscape Architecture, and a professional degree in Architecture. He is the co-executive director of the Latin American Landscape Initiative (LALI) and previously served as director of the Landscape Institute at the Catholic University of C\u00f3rdoba (2016\u20132021). He has published numerous books and scientific articles, receiving six awards at international biennials and conferences for his theoretical work. As a visual artist, he has participated in group and solo exhibitions and has received three awards for his creative work.
