Hugh received his BS in Resource Ecology and Management and an MBA from the University of Michigan.  He also received an MS in Forest Science, Conservation and Policy from the University of Minnesota, where his research focused on forest productivity and recovery following natural and anthropogenic disturbances. Hugh\u2019s other natural resource management experience includes leading and contributing to environmental restoration projects, municipal cover-type and land use mapping, and the design of stormwater best management practices.
