He participated in a European project to better understand local adaptation (BASE: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.base-adaptation.eu\/\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.base-adaptation.eu\/<\/a> ) and coordinated two Portuguese projects, one that aimed at elaborating Municipal Adaptation Strategies and promote local adaptation (ClimAdaPT.Local: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.climadapt-local.pt\/\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.climadapt-local.pt\/<\/a> ), and another one (CATALISE) on mapping and understanding local integral innovation (social, ecological and economical).
