He combines international outreach, research, writing and data analysis to expand the partnership\u2019s support of energy efficiency across 50+ cities worldwide.\r\n\r\nPrior to joining WRI, Tatsatom worked as a GLOBE Fellow at The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in New York City, where he produced a quantitative coastal resilience assessment and furthered the organization\u2019s partnership with the local and community-based Citizens\u2019 Water Quality Testing Program (CWQTP). He also studied at the Middlebury School Abroad in Kunming, where he conducted research strictly in Mandarin on China\u2019s market and policies for wind and solar energy development.\r\n\r\nTatsatom is originally from the outskirts of Porto Alegre, Brazil and holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Geography from Middlebury College.
