Claire Martin is an award-winning landscape architect and Associate Director at OCULUS, known for her systems approach across a range of scales from insect hotels to public spaces, through to statewide greening strategies. With a career spanning nearly two decades, Claire has curated projects across Australia, focusing on material thinking and landscape performance, creating places that support connection and resilience. As a Fellow and past National President of the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects, and through her involvement in the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA) Claire has championed Climate Positive Design. She is a passionate design advocate and landscape communicator, as a member of the Victorian and ACT Government’s Design Review Panels, and as a contributor to Landscape Architecture Australia. Claire is regular guest lecturer at the University of Melbourne and RMIT University, sought after speaker and mentor.
