Dr. Haseeb Md. Irfanullah is a biologist-turned-development facilitator, who often introduces himself as a research enthusiast. Over the past 27 years, Haseeb has been working for different international environmental and development organizations, academic/research institutions, donors, and government agencies in different capacities. Currently an independent consultant in environment, climate change, and research system, he frequently writes, talks and conducts research on nature-based solutions, conservation finance, environmental governance, and research impact to stir conversations. An advocate of evidence-guided policy and practice change for effective conservation and resilience building, Haseeb has a PhD in aquatic ecology from the University of Liverpool, UK.
