Bettina Wilk is a sustainable urban development practitioner with expertise in nature-based solutions, urban resilience, and environmental policy. She holds master’s degrees in environmental governance (Utrecht University) and social and cultural anthropology (University of Vienna). Bettina has advised local and regional authorities in integrating nature and biodiversity-inclusive design into policies (Urban Nature Plans, EU Nature Restoration Law) and governance arrangements with ICLEI Europe. She now leads projects and services development on urban nature at The Nature of Cities Europe, fostering strategic partnerships to advance sustainable urban futures.
