Raquel Barata

Lisbon

Graduated in Biology (FCUL, 1996) and PhD in Psychology (ISCTE-IUL, 2014). Head of Education at the National Museum of Natural History and Science of the University of Lisbon and coordinator of projects funded by European programs (Horizon and Erasmus +) for science education. Her research includes the evaluation of non-formal education initiatives at museums including participatory methodologies and social prescribing. She is the author of scientific publications in the area, an accredited trainer of school teachers and supervisor of master and PhD projects.
